Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Reputation is everything

Through our Acumen Edelman Trust Barometer we understand what matters to Kiwis and their expectations of public and private organisations.

Organisations need to do more than return a profit, they must contribute to the communities where they operate.
We help our clients shape and share their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes to build trust and engagement.

We help clients build and share their stories using our Master Narrative process and our Content and Channel Model.
We shine a light on the good things clients are doing through proactive campaigns. Our Crisis and Risk Management tools
ensure issues are well managed, and reputations are protected
and enhanced.

We believe employees are the first audience. Their trust and advocacy underpins corporate reputations. We are experts at building employee understanding, engagement and helping
them through times of change.

We have strong capital markets capability. We understand the
need to balance persuasive investor communications with regulatory requirements. We believe an IPO is about more than
just reaching investors, and know the importance of Government, industry groups, customers, partners, research analysts and brokers.

Our Recent Work

Deer to be different

Jun 2019

We were once the land of sheep-shearers and cow cockies, but these days we’re so much more. State-owned farming corporation Landcorp knows agriculture has to move into new pastures, recently launching the Pāmu brand to demonstrate its innovation with new products and sustainable farming methods. In 2018 it brought a brand-new dairy product to the market – deer milk.

Let them eat cake! Kiwis recreate democracy with Minecraft

Dec 2017

An initiative between Microsoft and Parliamentary Services gave Wellington school students the opportunity to get a peek inside the real Beehive before heading to Microsoft HQ to learn how to use its digital learning tool Minecraft.
